Infant Massage Class

Classes meet for five consecutive weeks and are designed for you with your baby from birth to pre-crawling.

You will be guided through a step by step massage routine and will receive individual attention to any special needs. Guidance is also provided on how massage can be adapted to your growing child.

A group class is also a good opportunity to meet other parents, and share ideas and experiences in a relaxed and supportive environment.

You will need to bring:

• a towel
• baby changing kit

The cost for 5 sessions is £25.

The course fee includes a file with course notes and articles, a bottle of massage oil, a course certificate, all refreshments and a class photo.

The next Infant Massage Group will meet for five Wednesdays 10.30am ~ 12pm from 11th January 2012. 

However, if you are unable to join a group I am happy to provide one to one teaching at home.
